The Regency Hotel And Leisure Centre

The guest rooms at the Regency Hotel & Leisure Centre that we checked out were all of a decent size and had a good range of facilities. Some of the rooms are decorated in a really modern style with white duvets and suede throws and cushions along with light pine furniture.

Others had a more traditional feel with lilac bedspreads and dark green furniture but it's worth noting that the facilities don't change from room to room. Every room has bedside lockers, chair and work desk/dressing table, luggage rack and to be honest, the wardrobes were really spacious.

Other facilities include trouser press, full-length mirror, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV (with 24 hours news channels), tea and coffee facilities, and if you need to use your laptop there is Wi-fi access (card at reception). There is an ironing room on the first floor and room service is available with some snacks and drinks.

We found the ensuites to again be of a decent enough size with bath/shower combined, a huge mirror, power shower and some complimentary toiletries.
