Stillorgan Park hotel is a fine quality 4 star hotel, situated in the smart suburbs of Dublin’s Southside. Transport links are good - it’s situated on the Stillorgan dual carriageway with bus routes running directly into the centre of town. Upon entry you certainly notice you’re in a top quality hotel, there’s a vast wooden interior with rugs adorning the floors and lavish furnishing.

It has some 158 en suite rooms, as well as the Sage Restaurant serving French and international cuisine, The Turf Club sports bar and an excellent spa and gym area. Staff are pretty friendly overall, facilities in the hotel and rooms are good as you’d expect from a 4 star establishment and the general feel of the place is comfortable and welcoming. It also has a large and pretty luxurious conference and banquet room, so if you need to lay out an event they’re well up to the task.

Location wise it’s also pretty good. You may think there’s not much going on, but a stint on the bus in one direction and you’re in town, and head the other way and you’re in the charming old port of Dun Laoghaire. The coast is just a short walk away, as is the village of Blackrock where you can enjoy a drink and a meal.
