The RiverHouse Hotel is a 2 star hotel that sits right in the very centre of the lively Temple Bar area of Dublin. If you want a hotel that puts you on the doorstep (literally!) of Dublin's thriving nightlife then this is definitely the place for you.

Okay, it's not a luxurious five star mansion-like building but what it is, is a traditional Dublin townhouse that offers a bed for the night. It's basic, clean and safe accommodation in a location that's simply too good to be true if your stay is all about hitting the pubs and clubs.

The reception area is small but after all, if you're staying here you'll want to get into your room, drop off your bags and then hit the town. So we reckon this is not the place for you if you want a quiet night in Dublin or if you're bringing the kids on a weekend break.

The hotel bar is called The Mezz and this is absolutely hopping at the weekends with live music and DJ's while you can dance the night away in the underground nightclub called The Hub - this really is quite the spot for a weekend of entertainment!
