Hotel staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Room was large and was well equipped, few tears in the wall paper were the only thing I could fault this hotel on.

perfectly adequate airpoet hotel. having stayed there on the way back from india we were horrified to have to pay 27 euros for a hamburger (room service) plus another 2 euros for having it delivered to the room (at 27 euro and being already ordered from the room service menu you would not assume delivery would be extra!

The staff has been very attentive.

Great experience. Rooms were well stocked with all the amenities. We stayed at the airport hotel and the shuttle service was great. Breakfast was a delight. This stop was the last leg of our trip. We were tired and travel worn upon arrival and left rested and ready to tackle the rest of our trip home.

We had to catch an early morning flight and had no hot water for a shower no refund was offered because of this. TDickson

The room was very hot as Dublin had an unexpected hot spell and even opening the windows did not cool us off.

We loved the location and the ease by which we could get to the airport following our stay. We would stay at your hotel again, without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly, good atmosphere in the lounge where we had a nice meal and a couple of drinks. Convenient to airport, which is very important, especially if one is taken a plane.

Great staff, shuttle to and from airport ran often and was easy to find/access, lots of "extras"

No hot water in shower. Staff informed on check out. Apology given. Residents have to pay for car park which was disgraceful. Was not informed of this at any stage.

Really liked this hotel. Lovely big room with an extremely comfortable bed. Very impressive.

Some problems checking in, didn't seem to have reservation but upgraded room in acknowlegement of error. Very friendly bar staff.

Very nice facility. We were there just one night, but the staff were excellent and very helpful!

Friendly, clean and tasteful.

All staff were extremely friendly. Our evening meal in the bar area was one of the best we had during our stay in Ireland.Room was very comfortable and the ease of arriving for a 0630 departure from the airport was made very easy.

Let me preface this by stating that there was a note posted that they were undergoing construction on the 2nd floor. That said, our room was on the 3rd floor and the hall way was a mess - big stains on the carpet, etc. Not what you would expect from a top hotel. Room itself was great.

not up to expectation. There was only hot water for one in the shower. The water did heat up again approx 1/2 later

The restaurant food and service was very good.

Placed in room at the front of the hotel. Taxi base is very close. The taxi tannoy kept us awake until the small hours and woke us up again before 6. A miserable nights sleep. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Booked a twin room, checked in and given room key, ent up to room to find a double. Phoned reception to be told there is might be no twin rooms available. Reception phoned back to offer a double room with a sofa bed in it. I would have expected a reduction a we did not get a twin room with two proper beds.

The staff at the front desk were excellent and very helpful. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant, and I was disappointed with it. The wait for our meal was very long, as well as the wait for dessert. We were there for 2 and a half hours, which is at least an hour too long. As well, the meal was nothing special for the price.

We were unhappy leaving the hotel this time. I had booked 2 rooms (1 double & 1 single) but when we arrived we had been allocated 1 triple, this was ok, just a misunderstanding, so we asked to have the booking changed. However when we came to check out we found that we had been charged for 2 triple rooms instead of 1 single & 1 double (or at the most 2 doubles). The hotel would not be swayed on this (as we had not booked with them directly but through Go Ireland) and as we were pressed for time (catch a plane to USA) I couldn't stay any longer to argue the point but I will not be staying in this hotel again as a result of this, nor would I recommend anybody else to do so.

Easy access to airport and great service for pick up from and to airport.

The room was very cold and there was no extra blankets available in the room.

Only stayed for one night but I found that the connection between the airport and the hotel rather on the slow side. While I was waiting for the shuttle from the Radisson 4 Bewleys buses passed me which made me feel that I would have been better off in Bewleys. However everything else about the hotel was top class.

We used the hotel as we had an early flight the following morning. With a one and a half year old we didnt see much of the hotel what we did see was very nice and the staff we met were very friendly and if we have early flights in the future we would certainly stay at the Great Southern Hotel.
