I FOUND THE HOTEL HAD A GREAT LOCATION IN THE HEART OF DUBLIN CITY. CLOSE TO ALL LOCAL AMENITIES. YOU ARE GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR, IT IS A CHEAP HOTEL WHICH IS CLEAN. IT DOES NOT HAVE LUXERIES. WE ATE IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT WHICH HAD NO ATMOSPHERE (OR CUSTOMERS), WE MAY AS WELL HAVE ATE THE PUB GRUB WHICH SEEMED TO HAVE THE SAME MENU. OVERALL IT WAS A HOTEL THAT WAS NOT EXPENSIVE & IF YOU ARE WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO THROW YOUR BAGS & HEAD OFF TO THE LOCAL BARS & RESTAURANTS. NOT A PLACE TO STAY IN LOUNGING AROUND.

Lovely modern clean hotel will definetely stay there again when in dublin, was very near to the point theatre which is where i was going. Unfortunately the car park had work in progress at the time and signposting was very bad. Saying that i told manager who looked after us very well was very polite and kind,

I've stayed at the hotel when it was under the management of Quality Hotels and now as the Maldron and both times were great. The only thing was that the room was registered as not in use even though I booked it online using GoIreland.ie. It meant that I couldn't access the inroom television channels, etc. nor charge food I had the next morning to my room card. I hadn't brought my purse with me when going for coffee and so had the embarrassing situation of having my swipe card declined in the bar/morning coffee area and then swiftly going back to my room for cash. It looked a bit funny as I had arranged for a friend to meet me there and they saw that I couldn't charge it to my room swipe card. Apart from that everything was very good.

It was a really nice hotel. The only problem was where it was located, it was a about 15-20 mins walk to temple bar.

We liked that there was tea/coffee facilities in the room. We had one issue which the staff addressed straight away. We would have liked if there were soaps/lotions/shower caps supplied

Good, clean hotel with friendly staff that were very helpful. The location of the hotel was in a pretty industrial area and off "the beaten path", but transportation was fairly accessable.

I thought the hotel itself and staff were great. However I did have an issue about the fact that I couldn't book the room with breakfast included. Because of this I paid €15.00 per adult for breakfast and on the Sunday morning there was nothing availble but sausages when we arrived for breakfase at 10.30 (finish time was 11.00). Even worse than that was the cost of the children's breakfast (€6.50)and for my 4 and 9 year olds that was excessive as they only had cereal and toast. Also, I had booked a meal in the resteraunt booked (as it was my graduation day) and when we arrived the resteraunt was booked out for a Christmas party! Having said all that, the hotel itself I found excellent, the facilities great and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I would go back.

Overall, I thought the hotel was very good. However, I dislike the policy of not allowing check-in until 2:00. Since check-out is 11:00, rooms should be given to customers as they are cleaned and ready. People traveling from the U.S. typically get to Dublin around 8 or 9:00 in the morning from overnight flights. When they get to the hotel they are tired and would like to taker a shower and rest as soon as possible so they can start their vacation. They do not want to have to wait three or four hours in a lobby or bar fo the rooms. That is my only complaint. I did inform the hotel staff and they tried to get me a room as soon as possible.

Very busy hotel. only 10 mins walk from o connell street which was great no taxis needed. We did ask for extra towels as there was 3 people staying in a room with only 2 towels provided.
