Good location for town and Sandymount.

Notwithstanding the close proximity to the Lansdowne Stadium, the hotel really was a home away from home. The level of staff service we received was amazing. You guys deserve a lot of credit for the quality of personnel you have at your front desk. They were efficient, very courteous, very pleasant to look at and very eager to assist.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were really attentive to our needs.

Two older ladies on the front desk in checking in were excellent and provided lots of local knowledge and advice on where to visit.

We were surprised by the high standard of the hotel especially because of the really good deal we got we didnt expect such a nice hotel and the location is brilliant. The staff were really helpful and the rooms spotless i wouldnt stay anywhere else in Dublin now i have found the Mount Herbert.

What we liked most was its location. Being in a nice neighborhood, near to a small stream/river and close to the DART line. We did have to move rooms upon our arrival because the phone line wasn't working and they did so easily. The building however doesn't lend itself to necessarily quiet neighbors and the sound from some just reverberated around which resulted in us needing to close our windows so we could sleep one night. The exterior didn't look like the picture online from what I remember but that was incidental. There access to the internet seemed overly priced and having only two machine seemed insufficient.

Good location, and the secure parking is a real bonus in Dublin.
