Café Carlo is the name of the hotel's restaurant and it's located on the ground floor. It's an Italian Restaurant but also serves some traditional Irish food. It's a relaxing place for a meal but can be a busy spot as it can be assessed directly from O'Connell Street. It serves an excellent Early Bird Menu as well which is handy if you're on a budget. Café Carlo also provides an a la carte menu and it's available until 11pm.

The hotel's bar is called the O'Connell Room. It's so called as it overlooks the city's O'Connell Street – which claims to be one of the widest streets in Europe! This is a great spot to enjoy a drink while enjoying the views of the street below.

Room service is available between the hours of 7.30am and 10.00pm daily and there's also a 24 hour residents bar.

Check in time is at 2pm and check out time is at 11am.

If you're bringing the car you'll have to park on Marlborough Street (the street at the back of the hotel, parallel to O'Connell Street). It will cost about EUR8.00 per night to park here.
