Wouldn't stay again. Didn't mind the noise from the nightclub as I was mostly out late anyway but the heat in the room was unbearable and couldn't be turned off. My ipod was also stolen from the room!

The service was not great, the rooms are extremely basic, but the location is excellent. It was a really busy weekend when we were there, so maybe that accounts for it

The staff at the Grafton Capitol was really nice and good in making suggestions for things to do. Even when I had to leave at 4am to get to the airport with a taxi, the desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

The staff was really first class. Our only concern was that one elevator was out of service all the time and the other elevator only worked occasionally. This created a problem for us as my wife has fibromyalgia and our stay would of been great if she hadn't been forced to use the stairs.

The receptionist was not atall friendly or pleasant to talk to. Generally I find receptionist of all nationalties very approachable not this lady. She would'nt encourage me to stay there again. I felt hotel could do with an overhall i.e. painting, carpets, bathrooms, etc. Very expensive to stay overnight and breakfast not included.
