We found the guest rooms at the Dublin Skylon Hotel to be generally well kept and most important of all, clean. As you come into the room you'll notice the really striking dark red colour on the back wall and this blends perfectly with the cream coloured walls to create a nice comfortable atmosphere.

The furniture is a dark colour and includes bedside lockers, full length mirror with dual wardrobes (lots of storage space), work desk with lamp and a dresser unit.

There's a fairly decent range of facilities in each room such as tea and coffee making, satellite TV (really nice flat screen TV), direct dial telephone, alarm clock, ironing board, trouser press and hair dryer.

And if you need to use your laptop, there's a Wi-fi in each room - costs around EUR10.00 per hour or EUR20.00 for 24 hours.

The ensuite that we checked out was a fair enough size and had a power shower, complimentary toiletries and a huge mirror to help you get ready for the day!
