The Comfort Inn Parnell Square has a total of 92 guestrooms, which consist of double, twin, single or triple rooms and are situated in the three bedroom wings of the hotel; The Rutland Wing, The Parnell Wing and The Belvedere Wing.

The Rutland Wing is the newest and most modern of the three wings as it was recently renovated. Its 20 guestrooms are large and spacious and feature rich red and brown fabrics on the beds which contrast nicely with the dark blue carpet and cream walls. The beautiful cherry wood furnishings include a long dressing table with a large mirror, a luggage rack, a large wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a small table and two chairs.

Facilities that come as standard in the guestrooms include tea/coffee-making facilities, satellite TV, direct dial phone, a hair dryer, central heating and free broadband internet access. Room service is available during lunch and evening dining times with a tray charge of around EUR5.00. There is also a safe in each room with a charge of about EUR1.80 per night.

The guestrooms on the Belvedere Wing are larger, quieter and even though they are older (in the Georgian part of the building), they are cosy and clean. They have all the facilities of the other wings but with ISDN internet access (chargeable). While the rooms on this wing are more spacious, the en-suites are smaller but are spotless and perfectly functional.

The Parnell Wing has 34 guestrooms and is similar in style, décor and facilities to the Rutland Wing but is a little older. If you are a light sleeper then this wing is not for you, as it overlooks Great Denmark Street, which can be noisy at night.

The hotel also has four rooms for disability access with a combined bath and shower unit in the en-suite. There's an ironing room for guest use in the Belvedere Wing on the first floor. You'll find two irons with boards here.
