Plenty of staff on hand who were all very friendly

Very small room althought refurbished and clean. Good location. Reception staff slow and not very welcoming.

The hotel had a pluming problem and was without water for two days of my three day stay.

This hotel was a great surprise when we arrived. We booked it through a friend and didnt have much prior knowlodge, if any, about the hotel. When we arrived we were very surprised, the whole hotel had been refurbished and it was just lovely. I dont even think our room had been slept in.

The hotel was quite nice and clean and has obviously had a recent makeover as it is fairly modern. The one major downside was the size of the room.........as a sole traveller I went for single occupancy....the room I got was with a double bed so that was nice......however after 2 days staying there I had rather bruised shins as the bed is away too big for the room......there is little space for manoeurvering!! Being a deaf and physically disabled guest I found the staff were quite rude and I was often ignored so that was the major downside to the visit......I was reasonably satisfied with everything else!

Excellent.Staff were more than helpful and hotel is in a perfect location away from the biz but still within walking distance of all attractions.

The staff were extremely efficient and very friendly. The hotel is situated in a good location, very convenient for the city buses and within manageable walking distance of the hub (Temple Bar and Grafton Street)

The location was excellent. The receptionist who dealt with us both on arrival and departure was friendly and efficient. The room itself was a little on the small side but adequate for the length of stay. The situation of the TV screen is not ideal as viewing can only be achieved by lying on the bed. I thought the breakfast was rather expensive and the choice seemed more limited than in other places I have stayed in. It would have been nice to have been offered a reduced price for a continental style of breakfast for those people like myself who do not like a cooked breakfast.

The hotel is clean and appears to be well-run. Probably the only thing I didn't like was the in-room TV/entertainment. Charging for basic TV/Radio put us off using it. The breakfast is very worth the money and the location super.

Very pleased - room was fantastic - were given a suite even though only booked a double - staff were efficient and breakfast was grand. Would definitely stay again.

I was disappointed there was not a swimming pool.

a lovely place to stay....also love the internet facility....very trendy.

The newer rooms were nice and clean but a bit small. The bar below us was very noisy however and kept us up until about 4AM both nights with screaming and fighting in the streets.

rooms are new and modern - breakfast was really good.

Hotel was brilliant couldn't fault one thing. Very central location and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Had a great time.

The best I've been to in a long time. I will return.
